Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Workday Functional Lead - Onboarding & Associated Personnel Role:
Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday solutions for onboarding and associated personnel.
Oversee end-to-end implementation, enhancements, and production support for Workday Onboarding.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to enhance the new hire experience and streamline pre-hire activities.
Configure and manage processes for various worker types, including contingent workers and contractors.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, supporting audit activities and documentation.
Required Skills for Workday Functional Lead - Onboarding & Associated Personnel Role:
Over 5 years of functional experience with Workday HCM.
Expertise in Workday Onboarding and management of contingent/associated workforce.
Proficiency in Workday business process framework and security configuration.
Proven track record in leading implementations or major enhancements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
