TECHNICAL SAP PROJECT MANAGER | HYBRID (RTP) The Select Group is looking for a talented Technical SAP Project Manager to join one of our top pharmaceutical partners. This person will lead and ensure specific projects are implemented efficiently, successfully, and within the agreed terms of the project. These projects are within the strategic areas of focus, Aesthetics and Neuroscience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical experience with SAP, a background in supply chain, and at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager. This person will be hybrid in Raleigh, NC (2 days/week onsite).
TECHNICAL SAP PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS - High-level project management experience running projects and helping build PMO inside of SAP project
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) and Microsoft Project
- Hands-on technical SAP experience (S4 preferred)
- Supply chain implementation experience with a global company
- Technical knowledge and integration experience of SAP SCM modules: MM, WM, FI, SD
- Change management experience

- PMP certification
- Healthcare or life sciences industry experience
TECHNICAL SAP PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES - Project Planning and Administration - Develops and maintains documentation related to operational excellence, inclusive of, but not limited to, agendas, decisions/actions, design control documents, design history files, plans, presentations to governing committees, project charters, status reports, and timelines for assigned projects
- Project Budget Management - Manages operational project budgets, including quarterly forecasting and monthly accruals for invoicing, payments and budget tracking
- Project/Portfolio Presentations - Develops charts, reports, analysis, KPIs, metrics, etc.
- Collaboration and Teamwork - Collaborates with multiple departments and leads cross-functional teams to pinpoint root cause issues, and then implements solutions to resolve systemic problems
- Vendor Relationship Management - For selected projects, negotiates effectively, manages vendors and works diligently to ensure all project deliverables are met in accordance with MNA quality standards, timelines, resources and budget requirements.
- Project Lifecycle Management - Effectively supports the planning and tracking of multiple projects, resource planning and allocation, and task delegation to accomplish project goals and objectives, ensuring timely resolution of issues, using escalation as necessary, and communicating effectively.
- Process Improvements - Identifies opportunities for improvement and develops impactful business plans/strategies for implementation, along with measures of success for each proposed improvement
