Technical Program Manager

• Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)
• Location: Chicago Heights, IL
• C2C Pay Rate: $60.00

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end technical programs, from planning through execution, with a strong focus on cross-functional coordination.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies for complex data conversion initiatives.

• Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies to suit the needs of different teams and projects.

• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

• Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Conduct in-depth research and evaluate data sources for reliability and applicability.

• Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports for senior leadership and other departments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar technical project management role.

• Strong background in software development, systems engineering, or IT infrastructure.

• Expertise managing large, multi-disciplinary projects and leading cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Experience in the Card Domain is mandatory.
