IDR is seeking a Systems Engineer (MCEM) to join one of our top clients in Memphis, TN. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, support, and manage a large-scale MCEM (Microsoft Configuration Endpoint Manager) infrastructure. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Systems Engineer (MCEM):

- Design, support, and manage our client's MCEM infrastructure
- Work directly with Microsoft and 3rd Party vendors to keep the infrastructure updated and in a healthy state
- Assist with Windows 11 24H2 upgrade, Office Upgrades, KPI vulnerability remediation
- This is a 6+ month contract position
- The role requires a minimum of seven years of relevant experience

Required Skills for Systems Engineer (MCEM):

- Experience with Task Sequence, SCCM Client installation and troubleshooting, Intune, Office Applications (Installation/Troubleshooting/Upgrades)
- PowerShell scripting knowledge
- Experience with 1E Nomad, Delivery Optimization, Microsoft Connected Cache is a plus
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, with office visits 2-3 times a week
