IDR is seeking a Support Service Rep to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Lebanon, NH. This role involves supporting healthcare billing operations within a fast-paced administrative environment, focusing on mail handling, claims processing, and data management. The company operates within the healthcare industry, emphasizing process efficiency and accuracy.
Position Overview for the Support Service Rep:
- Breaks down mail and rotates through mail handling responsibilities
- Receives claims from multiple sources and manages online files in lockbox
- Handles work cues and responds to various requests related to hospital billing and professional fees
- Requires previous office administrative experience and reliability in a fast-paced setting
- Utilizes computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Requirements for the Support Service Rep:
- Previous office admin experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology
- Data entry and 10-key by touch skills
