We're seeking a highly strategic, action-oriented Strategic Experience Leader to join our team. You'll work closely with senior leaders as a trusted thought partner, helping to define strategy, drive priorities, and communicate vision through crisp, compelling storytelling. You must be equally comfortable moving quickly and delivering polished, executive-ready outputs. Whether it's a high-stakes presentation, strategic roadmap, or decision-making deck, you know how to deliver thoughtful excellence at speed.

Top Skills:

7+ years’ experience within Strategic Communications, Organizational Planning, as a strategic advisor for leadership teams
User-centric mindset, with proven experience leading Experience Design disciplines such as UX Strategy, Research, and/or Design Strategic focus with exceptional execution skills—you think big and move fast.
Proven experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a similar high-impact role.
Masterful communication and storytelling skills across formats—visual, written, and verbal.
Ability to quickly synthesize complex information and turn it into clear, compelling deliverables.
Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and urgency—especially when working toward tight deadlines.
Comfort operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments with constantly shifting priorities.
Track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams.
