IDR is seeking a Software Quality Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role involves testing and automation, focusing on improving application quality through various automation tools and frameworks. The company operates within the technology and software development sector, emphasizing innovative solutions and high-quality deliverables.
Position Overview for the Software Quality Analyst:
- Develop and execute automated test scripts for UI and REST APIs using Selenium, Rest Assured, and TestNG.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Participate in test planning, defect reporting, and root cause analysis using JIRA.
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, API, and integration issues, ensuring high-quality releases.
Requirements for the Software Quality Analyst:
- Strong experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Rest Assured, and TestNG.
- Proficiency in programming languages including Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience in designing and developing automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Familiarity with Docker, AWS Cloud, and mobile automation testing.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes and test management tools such as JIRA.
