This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with hands-on experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) and a strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) best practices. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the ServiceNow Architect:

- Provide architectural guidance for the implementation of ServiceNow HAM Pro
- Support data cleanup and integrations related to asset discovery, inventory, and CMDB data reconciliation
- Ensure alignment with previously defined business requirements to enable accurate hardware lifecycle asset management
- This is a 6-month contract role with the possibility of extension
- A CIS-HAM certification is highly desirable

Required Skills for ServiceNow Architect:

- 5+ years of ServiceNow Architecting experience
- Expertise in ServiceNow HAM Pro implementation and configuration, including lifecycle workflows and asset data modeling
- Strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) best practices, with a focus on hardware asset lifecycle and governance
- Experience with third-party integrations related to asset discovery, inventory, and CMDB data reconciliation
- CIS-HAM certification (highly desirable) and the ability to provide strategic architectural guidance across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
