IDR is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Plano, Texas. This role focuses on analyzing and supporting professional services business processes, helping to gather, organize, and translate complex workflows into clear, structured documentation without involving technical system ownership.
This will be a hybrid model (2 days per week onsite) in the Plano, TX office!
Position Overview for the Senior Business Analyst:
- Support the organization’s professional services operations by documenting and analyzing current business processes
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into structured, actionable materials
- Map current-state workflows and identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Work closely with stakeholders to manage ambiguity and create clarity around business needs
- Support broader transformation initiatives through high-quality process analysis and documentation
Requirements for the Senior Business Analyst:
- Strong experience with business process documentation and analysis
- Proven process mapping skills and stakeholder interview techniques
- Ability to gather requirements from diverse stakeholders with differing perspectives
- Experience working in a professional services environment or similar operational setting
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and creating structured frameworks for process clarity
