IDR is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting statewide portal initiatives within a dynamic public-sector environment. The organization focuses on health and human services, delivering impactful solutions for government programs without naming specifics.
Position Overview for the Salesforce Developer:
- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications to support Michigan Bridges and MiConnect initiatives.
- Support new feature development and comprehensive system enhancements.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.
Requirements for the Salesforce Developer:
- Mid-level Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of experience and the ability to work independently.
- Strong hands-on experience developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL.
- Proven ability to take ownership of new development work from requirements through implementation.
- Experience supporting system enhancements and iterative improvements in existing Salesforce environments.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment with minimal supervision and supporting a state or public-sector project.
