IDR is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity local to Nashville, TN. This role involves supporting and maintaining a Salesforce-based application used by the City of Nashville, focusing on day-to-day application administration, troubleshooting, and system optimization. The organization operates within the public service sector, emphasizing collaboration and technical support to enhance city services.
Position Overview for the Salesforce Administrator:
- Manage daily enterprise application functionality, including user accounts, system configuration, and feature management for supported systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
- Support data management tasks such as data backups, purging, and report distribution.
- Assist with testing new features, developing test plans, and troubleshooting functionality.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support project implementations and system improvements.
Requirements for the Salesforce Administrator:
- 2-4 years of basic troubleshooting experience.
- 1–3 years of application support or system admin experience.
- Experience troubleshooting software issues.
- Experience working directly with users to resolve problems and answer questions.
- Ability to manage user accounts, access, and permissions effectively.
