IDR is seeking a Revenue Cycle Product Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of revenue cycle products within a healthcare organization dedicated to kidney care. You will be responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities, translating business needs into technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and measuring product success to optimize revenue cycle operations.
Position Overview for the Revenue Cycle Product Manager:
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for revenue cycle initiatives, from discovery to post-launch optimization.
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and deliver value.
- Collaborate with operational, engineering, compliance, and clinical teams to build integrated solutions.
- Use data-driven insights to prioritize high-impact use cases and inform product roadmaps.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues impacting revenue cycles.
Requirements for the Revenue Cycle Product Manager:
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager, with a proven track record in launching successful software products.
- Healthcare industry knowledge, particularly in revenue cycle technology.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
