Job Summary

The Chain Store Coordinator supports and protects Empire brand standards across assigned retail chain accounts. This role coordinates in-store execution ensures accurate product presentation and pricing and serves as a key liaison between internal teams and retail partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Attend chain-store shelf sets to protect and maximize Empire brand priorities.
  • Coordinate appropriate manpower for each shelf set to ensure Empire is fully represented at every location.
  • Recap shelf-set activities and outcomes to the GA Chain Director in a timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with retail store captains, retail chain partners, and distributors.
  • Work closely with the Empire Chain Department to ensure accurate pricing, authorizations, and retail execution for each account.
  • Serve as a shelf-set consultant by reviewing layouts, providing recommendations, and supporting best-in-class merchandising.
  • Collaborate with the POS/Merchandising Manager to organize, inventory, and maintain retail point-of-sale (POS) materials.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the GA Chain Director.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or
  • One to two years of related experience and/or training; or
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word-processing software.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Georgia Beer & Wine License.
Forklift Experience
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience operating a sit-down or stand-up forklift.
