IDR is seeking a Registration Rep to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Laguna Hills, CA. This role involves providing exceptional patient registration and customer service within a healthcare environment. The organization focuses on delivering quality care and efficient patient processing in a fast-paced medical setting.

Position Overview for the Registration Rep:

• Adheres to department policy of using two identifiers to ensure patient safety.
• Avoids HIPAA violations by accurately entering patient information into the system.
• Interviews, registers, and pre-registers patients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintains proficiency in Epic, OnBase, RTE, and related websites to support registration processes.
• Ensures all registration forms are signed, collected, and entered with accurate notes.

Requirements for the Registration Rep:

• 1-2 years Medical Office/Admitting/Registration or equivalent healthcare experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient interaction
• Ability to accurately collect and verify demographic and insurance information
• High School Graduate preferred; Medical Terminology training or certification preferred
