Overview
We’re seeking an experienced QA Analyst to support quality assurance efforts for enterprise applications in an Agile/Scrum environment. You’ll partner with a cross-functional team to plan, execute, and document testing across multiple test phases, ensuring high-quality releases delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Create test plans, write/execute test cases, and document results.
- Perform and support multiple testing types: unit, integration, regression, smoke, system, UAT, stress/performance.
- Track, triage, and manage defects in JiraWork within an Agile/Scrum team using tools such as Jira and SharePoint.
- Execute API testing (e.g., Postman/SOAPUI/JMeter or similar).
- Write SQL queries to validate data and perform CRUD validation.
- Support/execute test automation using UFT.
- Create and coordinate UAT plans/schedules; communicate progress and readiness and contribute to go/no-go recommendations.
- Contribute to performance testing efforts (script review, results review).
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience creating and executing test cases and test plans.
- Knowledge of SDLC, usability concepts, and requirements traceability.
- Hands-on experience with Xray test management.
- Strong SQL skills for validation and CRUD-related testing.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines as they relate to testing.
- API testing experience with Postman, SOAPUI, JMeter or similar tools.
- Automation testing experience using UFT.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and within sprint teams.
