IDR is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves managing the delivery of new technology initiatives within a growing PMO, focusing on establishing processes, governance, and execution of complex projects.
Position Overview for the Project Manager:
- Responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of delivery aspects of projects.
- Manage the onboarding of responsibilities, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Lead the establishment of core PMO processes, documentation, and governance structures in a formative environment.
- Drive order and clarity in fast-moving projects involving automation and AI technologies.
- Facilitate effective decision-making, enforce governance, and maintain project artifacts with minimal supervision.
Requirements for the Project Manager:
- 4+ years of project management experience managing multiple large enterprise projects with moderate to high risk.
- 2+ years of hands-on delivery, coordination, and governance of sizable initiatives.
- Experience with project tracking tools such as Smartsheets, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong organizational skills in navigating matrix environments, resolving dependencies, and driving cross-team collaboration.
