Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Manager:Our client is requesting a Project Manager (PM) to work with program and IT to implement Invoice Tracking System replacement project activities. This includes but not limited to facilitate meetings, manage the project milestones and deliverables and change request, manage risks and issues, track project budget, manage project scope, complete various reporting, etc. to ensure the project is completed on time and under budget.
Required Skills for the Project Manager: - 10+ years’ experience managing project with implementations across large organizations. Experience should include developing and managing project plans, documenting risks, issues, and contingency plans
- 10+ years’ experience overseeing the development of SDLC artifacts, ensure business requirements get translated into technical specifications, guide, and facilitate the SDLC process
- Prior experience supporting 1 or more State of Texas agencies and/or experience in healthcare/public health
- PMP certification preferred
