Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Patient Services Coordinator:- Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, handling inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Understand and adhere to policies and procedures related to medical patient services, insurance, and billing
- Utilize Epic for data processing and recordkeeping
- Perform basic business arithmetic as required
Required Skills for Patient Services Coordinator:- Proficiency in Epic
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Experience with standard office practices and procedures, including filing and reception
- Basic understanding of business data processing principles
- Knowledge of basic recordkeeping principles and practices
