IDR is seeking a Networking Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Santa Teresa, NM. This role involves overseeing the delivery of networking infrastructure in large-scale critical facilities, including data centers and hospitals, within a high-intensity construction environment.
Position Overview for the Networking Project Manager:
- Lead the delivery of networking and technology scope across large-scale construction projects, including fiber, structured cabling, and low-voltage systems
- Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
- Oversee installation, quality assurance, and commissioning of IT infrastructure systems on-site
- Manage project schedules, risks, and issue resolution to maintain timelines and deliverables
- Facilitate effective communication between construction, engineering, and technology teams to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements for the Networking Project Manager:
- 7+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
- Strong background in networking infrastructure and IT systems deployment
- Experience with structured cabling (fiber, copper, low-voltage systems)
- Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or construction projects in critical environments
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
