IDR is seeking a M365 Service Desk Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity in Arizona. This role involves supporting a transitioning client environment, providing help desk services during their migration from Google Workspace to Office 365. The company operates within the technology and software support industry, focusing on enhancing client IT support services.
Position Overview for the M365 Service Desk Analyst:
- Provide help desk support for a client transitioning from Google Workspace to Office 365, assisting approximately 500-700 users.
- Support hybrid work environment, including both remote and on-site support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage and resolve user requests via Zendesk ticketing system, with potential future system updates.
- Support post-migration Microsoft environment and assist with legacy Google Workspace access requests.
- Collaborate with a team of 2-3 additional resources to deliver high-quality support aligned with client expectations.
Requirements for the M365 Service Desk Analyst:
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments in a help desk or support role.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, especially in transitioning support contexts.
- Strong knowledge of ticketing systems such as Zendesk.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid support model.
- Ability to work during North American hours and effectively manage user requests.
