Gemini is looking for a collaborative and experienced Systems Administrator to join the team at our location in Cannon Falls, MN or Garland, TX! This position is responsible for the administration, configuration, security, and ongoing optimization of the OnBase enterprise content management (ECM) platform to support manufacturing, operations, and business processes across the organization. This role ensures high availability, performance, and compliance of OnBase solutions while partnering closely with Customer Experience, Operations, Digital & Information Technology (D&IT), and business stakeholders to streamline document management, workflow automation, and system integrations. The Systems Administrator participates in planning, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures that align with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.. Wage Range: USD $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per Year

Type: Full Time – Hybrid (Minimum 2 days per week onsite)
Schedule: 5/8 hour days ( Monday through Friday)
Travel: Less than 5%
A day in the life of a Systems Administrator at Gemini includes:
- Serve as the primary administrator and technical owner of the OnBase ECM platform, supporting operations and manufacturing-related business processes
- Configure and maintain OnBase components including document types, keywords, security groups, user roles, workflows, life cycles, and records retention
- Design, develop, and maintain OnBase workflows, forms, and automation to improve efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement across customer experience, operations, and office/administration teams
- Collaborate with other Systems Administrators and the D&IT Help Desk to support run-the-business operations, including tier 3 incident response, root cause analysis, and system outages related to OnBase
- Ensure the security, availability, and compliance of OnBase and supporting infrastructure by implementing industry best practices for access control, auditing, privacy, and regulatory requirements
- Manage OnBase upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements in coordination with D&IT change management processes
- Support and maintain integrations between OnBase and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Partner Portal, line-of-business applications, file shares, and email)
- Participate in planning and execution of OnBase platform roadmap and long-term strategy in partnership with functional leaders and end users
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and end-user guidance related to OnBase
- Manage relationships with OnBase vendors, consultants, and third-party support providers
- Provide training, guidance, and best practices to business users and D&IT staff leveraging OnBase solutions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills across D&IT and business teams
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and support requests effectively
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex application and workflow issues in time-sensitive environments
- Experience supporting mission-critical systems with an understanding of service levels and operational impact
- Ability to influence and adapt to continuous improvement–driven change
- Strong documentation, reporting, and process design skills
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant hands-on OnBase application administration experience, including workflows, security, and system configuration
- Experience with ECM, document management, workflow automation, and records management platforms
- Relevant hardware, software, and OnBase/Hyland certifications
- Understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft/Office 365, and Azure AD integration concepts
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira Service Management, Confluence) preferred
