IDR is seeking a Integration Lead to join one of our top clients for a travel-based opportunity. This role focuses on leading commissioning and startup activities for mission-critical infrastructure projects within the electrical systems sector. The company operates in the data center and critical infrastructure industry, providing essential power systems solutions for clients across multiple locations.
Position Overview for the Integration Lead:
- Oversee offsite commissioning activities across multiple vendor and integrator locations.
- Enforce QA/QC standards and ensure complete, accurate documentation using CxAlloy.
- Track, manage, and escalate issues to site teams, ensuring proper resolution or handoff.
- Coordinate with OEMs, integrators, and field teams to ensure readiness for site startup.
- Lead programs across multiple sites and manage non-direct reports effectively.
Requirements for the Integration Lead:
- Strong electrical systems expertise (UPS, STS, switchgear, distribution, backup power).
- Proven experience in commissioning, startup, FAT, or mission-critical infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs across multiple sites and manage non-direct reports.
- Strong communication, reporting, and issue management discipline.
- Experience with factory testing, vendor coordination, and turnover processes (CxAlloy familiarity preferred).

$80-$100/hr
