Position Overview/Responsibilities for the HR Coordinator:

- Serve as a key member of our client's HR team in a 3-month contract-to-hire role
- Administer benefits and coordinate recruiting efforts within a large enterprise environment
- Maintain strict confidentiality and high attention to detail in all HR-related tasks
- Utilize HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline HR processes and procedures
- Collaborate with a diverse, team-oriented workforce to achieve organizational goals

Required Skills for HR Coordinator:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a large enterprise or corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Strong understanding of benefits administration and recruiting coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation details: 30-35/hour
