Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Housekeeper:
- Perform routine and deep cleaning of various facility areas following established schedules and procedures
- Sanitize clinical and non-clinical environments to prevent the spread of infection
- Remove, transport, and dispose of waste safely and in accordance with procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage closets, and equipment rooms
- Distribute supplies and maintain inventory levels throughout the facility
Required Skills for Housekeeper:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation methods, and infection prevention techniques
- Ability to operate standard environmental service equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
