IDR is seeking a Functional Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is within a government-focused organization supporting state projects, focusing on health and social services systems. The position involves developing functional designs and working directly with development and testing teams to enhance system capabilities.

Position Overview for the Functional Analyst:

• Identify solutions for business challenges related to social services and benefits programs.
• Work hands-on to develop system enhancements that improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with developers and testers to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Assist and guide junior team members in project tasks.
• Present solutions and design documents to stakeholders and clients.

Requirements for the Functional Analyst:

• IE knowledge (SNAP, TANF, Medicaid)
• SQL proficiency
• Create functional design documents
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
