Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Desktop Support Technician:
- Provide proficient hardware, software, and networking support
- Utilize operating systems such as Remedy, Zabbix, Maquetador - DAM, Power BI
- Manage device lifecycle using CMDB and Remedy Asset Manager
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Monitor, update, and manage support tickets daily
Required Skills for the Desktop Support Technician:
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience with hardware/software types: NCR, Toshiba
- Familiarity with device types: Bluebird, Zebra, iOS
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent customer service and technical support skills
- Ability to explain technical issues or solutions to non-technical users
- Experience in prioritizing and managing multiple open incidents or requests
