Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Corporate Trainer:

• Develop and implement training programs for employees, focusing on technical or product-related topics

• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver and track training initiatives

• Create engaging learning materials and presentations using MS PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva

• Collaborate with team members to assess training needs and effectiveness

• This role is a contract-to-hire or direct hire position, with a standard work schedule of 8-5PM, four days a week onsite
   

Required Skills for Corporate Trainer:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate training/adult learning

• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)

• Expertise in MS PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva

• Preferred: Experience in the Fintech or Merchant Services sector

• Preferred: Professional Certification such as APTD, CPTD, CPTM, or other recognized training certification
