IDR is seeking a Communications Associate to join one of our top clients for Rochester, Minnesota. This role involves internal communications within a highly complex healthcare project, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across multiple teams.
Position Overview for the Communications Associate:
- Supporting internal communications efforts for a major healthcare organization
- Managing communication across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Creating and implementing effective internal communication plans
- Maintaining strong interpersonal communication to facilitate collaboration
- Contributing to a critical and highly visible project within the organization
Requirements for the Communications Associate:
- High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years' experience in writing and editing required
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or related field or equivalent combination of education and writing experience preferred
- Experience creating and implementing communications plans
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong project management, communication, and organization skills

pay: 34-36/hr W2
