Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Associate Corporate Trainer:
Facilitate new hire onboarding, process refreshers, and system training using a variety of delivery formats including in-person and virtual instructor-led training (ILT/VILT).
Deliver training in multiple formats, including in-person, virtual, and self-paced learning, for both new and existing employees.
Collaborate with teams and attend meetings at our client's location in Alpharetta at least four days per week
Contribute to the development of training content
This role may be contract-to-hire or direct hire, with the final decision to be confirmed by our client's team
Required Skills for Associate Corporate Trainer:
Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology
Minimum of 2 years of corporate training experience, including delivering instructor-led training (in-person and/or virtual) in a professional setting
Basic understanding of instructional design concepts
Interest in pursuing a long-term career in Learning & Development
Prior experience delivering training in a fintech, payments, or tech-focused organization is highly desirable
