Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Associate Corporate Trainer:
 

• Facilitate new hire onboarding, process refreshers, and system training using a variety of delivery formats including in-person and virtual instructor-led training (ILT/VILT).

• Deliver training in multiple formats, including in-person, virtual, and self-paced learning, for both new and existing employees.

• Collaborate with teams and attend meetings at our client's location in Alpharetta at least four days per week

• Contribute to the development of training content

• This role may be contract-to-hire or direct hire, with the final decision to be confirmed by our client's team

Required Skills for Associate Corporate Trainer:
 

• Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology

• Minimum of 2 years of corporate training experience, including delivering instructor-led training (in-person and/or virtual) in a professional setting

• Basic understanding of instructional design concepts

• Interest in pursuing a long-term career in Learning & Development

• Prior experience delivering training in a fintech, payments, or tech-focused organization is highly desirable
