IDR is seeking a Active Directory Migration Engineer to join one of our top clients for Irvine, CA. This short-term opportunity involves supporting a migration project in the enterprise technology sector. The role offers a chance to work onsite and remotely, focusing on Active Directory to Entra migration.
Position Overview for the Active Directory Migration Engineer:
- Perform on-premises Active Directory to Entra migration for a client in the technology industry
- Conduct all migration activities onsite in Irvine, CA, for a period of approximately four weeks
- Provide remote support for an additional week post-migration to ensure smooth transition
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure migration process aligns with project timelines and objectives
- Offer technical expertise related to Active Directory environments and migration best practices
Requirements for the Active Directory Migration Engineer:
- Experience conducting MS Active Directory (on-premises) to Entra migrations
- Strong understanding of Active Directory infrastructure and migration tools
- Ability to work onsite 5x/week for 4 weeks in Irvine, CA
- Comfortable providing support remotely for 1 week following onsite work
- Must be able to commit to a short-term contract
- Must be able to work on W2
